      <description>If you have a problem with the phone I would recommend contacting LG directly.&lt;BR /&gt;Had the boot loop issue myself and they collected, repaired and returned it within a week.</description>

      <description>Not a thing.&lt;BR /&gt;Been really good ever since.&lt;BR /&gt;Actually seems to have solved another issue I was having - when exiting the building after work it would take an age to get a mobile data signal.&lt;BR /&gt;Since the change I've not had this issue. &lt;BR /&gt;No clue if this is related to the boot loop or a factory reset on the old device would have sorted it though...</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would imagine&amp;nbsp;they do a basic check for common issues before they send it back to people but it's good both issues got sorted at the same time! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
