Hi , I recieved a text saying I had £20 o2 rewards to save or spend . I chose spend , I have not been credited with it .. Also when I log in to o2 rewards it now says there's no money to save or spend anymore ??

I believe it gets credited in January but speak to CS on 4445 for clarification.

It should show up in your credit next month or as a virtual credit meaning you can spend the £20 credit before your current balance starts going down
