Making a claim on insurance

Hi everyone.

I've never made a claim on mobile phone insurance before, but I was in an accident this morning on my bicycle on the way to work, and the back of my phone is now scratched and the camera lense cracked

The phone still works, but doesn't look nice and i'd like a replacement.

I've only had the phone just over a month and have never damaged a phone before.

What's the best way of making a claim? Is it done online?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @welshsteve76 Sorry about your accident.. Is it O2 insurance? if so then follow this step by step guide.

Just call O2 customer services to submit a claim. You might be asked to fill out a claim form. Unlike some other policies we send you a replacement phone, so you can be back on track quickly
