    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having exactly the same problem no email for three days. I have used O2 webmail for years both before and after the switch to Sky Broadband. Finding out what is going on is a nightmare no-one seems to know anything useful. On a previous occasion &amp;nbsp;for a similar problem I spent hours on the phone to both Sky and O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem eventually resolved but I never knew what had happened or why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now about to switch to another supplier who on the face of it is more reliable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Do a quick search on the forum and you will see other threads indicating that o2 has closed down its email servers.</description>

      <description>I am having the same problem. Although o2 have closed their email accounts if you have broadband through Sky you are supposed to be able to access your emails. I have had this before and it righted itself in a day, however this is now going on for 3 days and is VERY annoying. I tried chatting to o2 but don't think the lad had a clue!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; I rang Sky yesterday and they told me it does not affect my email account with O2 having Sky broadband.&amp;nbsp; O2 told me also that Sky need to reset the password????&amp;nbsp; I really need access to my emails and it it becoming increasingly annoying for the past 3 days!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>When Sky took over didn't they cover that your O2 Webmail would only be accessible for a set period of time (circa 12 months)? I could be wrong, I just have some recollection of reading this somewhere...</description>

      <description>Sky were encouraging everyone to take a Sky email address which is hosted on their own servers.&lt;BR /&gt;The agreement was that the o2 email would remain for the foreseeable future for those customers who migrated to Sky but at a reduced capacity.&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone who didn't switch their BB to Sky had no guarantees at all regarding access to o2 email.&lt;BR /&gt;o2 have been progressively turning off email accounts since the BB sell off and we all knew the day would come when the servers were shut down completely.&lt;BR /&gt;It has been 2 years now and no reason remains for o2 to keep them on and maintained anymore.</description>

It has been a staggered shut down but we have seen so many complaints on here over the past 3 days then it must be nearly ended. The servers are no longer supported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
