Is the Blue Book still up & running? I looked all over myO2 but can't see it anywhere.

It's just the contacts I'm after.

Bluebook was discontinued years ago, around 2010 or 2011, and I believe O2 did give notification that it was discontinuing the service. Have you been away?

I think the SMS back-up was discontinued back then, but thought the contacts carried on after that.

I've been away a few times since then, but that hasn't stopped me getting and reading emails from O2.

Blue book was replaced by another backup, the name of which escapes me, but that too was discarded years ago. There is no way you can get contacts or photos now that we're stored there. You should have received emails informing you of the termination of these services giving you 2 months notice to download anything you wanted to retain to your PC.
