I think it has something to do with the 3G switch off but I'm not sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have noticed that when I make a call it no longer tells me whether it is a bundle call or not despite my bundle being active and after I make a call or send a text it no longer shows the remaining balance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a new thing from O2 or is it a problem with my account,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WILLIAM CAMERON&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi William, it's not you. We are all having the same problem with the balances and the *#10# number not showing balances on PAYG. When you call O2 Customer Services a recorded message says they are aware of the problem and are working on it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its not your account as there have been a few people including myself that have complained about the minor pay and go problem since December with the problem you been having and the intermittent problems with My o2 . Since they upgraded their pay and go billing system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
