I was charged twice last month when l topped up. Can that be used to top up if l am in credit?

I pay £10 monthly to top up. Last month it charged me twice. I have paid again today so l now have and extra £10 sitting in my account. Can this be used for next month and taken automatically or will l have to ask for a refund?

It will be taken automatically to renew your tariff if on a big bundle.

If a rolling plan, it will remain as credit.

O2 don't give refunds on any PAYG tariffs though.
