      <title>PAYG Balance option not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, for months now the *#10# option that you key in to show your balance on the screen has not been working. When you call O2 Customer Services a recorded voice says that are aware the balances aren't being displayed and are working on it, but it has been months now and it still doesn't work and keeps showing 'request failed'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know what is going on with this? It's also the same on Tesco Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just thought I would mention that in case other people are having the same problem finding their balance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Before it only showed the Big Bundle data remaining and nothing else.
