      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i have a pay as you go sim and have had the same number for over 20yrs. My account has always been fine with no issues at all until recently (the last 2 weeks). Logging into my O2 account online my sim has changed from "Pay As You Go" to "Pay As You Go BPI Subscription" and ever since this change i have been unable to make outgoing calls and texts and cannot use mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a lot of searching it seems this is not an isolated incident and it is affecting many others facing the same issues while trying to make calls etc. I have contacted O2 a couple of times after work but their customer services are no help at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know what this is and how to rectify it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe try swapping your SIM for a new one?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go instore with some ID and they will do it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
