    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is the same, some of my account seems to have come back but when I make a call I don’t get the bolt on call message so am probably being charged PAYG rates. I’m hoping it is a glitch and it will all eventually right itself without me having to contact support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got a text message from o2 last night saying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;o2: Hello, we noticed your £20 Rolling plan didn't renew.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the cost of any data, text or minutes you use will be deducted from your top up credit balance to re-start your plan, update your payment details using My o2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to my o2 using app it says next renewal date is 8th November.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also got a text on Friday just past saying o2:Thanks for starting a new £20 rolling plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have added the extra data to your standerd allowance, so you now have 150GB for data plus unlimited minutes and text. Use it over the next 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing here. I got a text on the 18th that said i'd started a new rolling plan and another the day after that said the exact same thing. I got one this morning (21st) to say that my rolling plan didn't renew (my renwal date is the 1st) but when I open MyO2, it doesn't come up with &lt;EM&gt;anything&lt;/EM&gt; when I click "check allowances" or "manage your balance" just a white screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":upside_down_face:"&gt;🙃&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;Am currently on hold to speak to someone. Did you get sorted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here, but mine isn't due to renew yet and checking on myO2 app I can see my card is there so not sure if this is some sort of hiccup in the system?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This has just happened to me. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to get a PAC as I’m sick of the difficulty now in managing the account via the app since the merge with Virgin, but they aren’t sending it even though it’s a legal requirement (I used the 65075 text service).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, wondering that as well, if anyone has talked to them about this issue would be good to know.&lt;BR /&gt;For now I'm just going to wait until my normal auto renewal is supposed to happen at this point as it doesn't make any sense to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
