Can get through to my sons number since Sunday have tried from different phone but still won't connect what is going.

If you have tried two different phones then it sounds like a problem with his account

Ok thank you how do I get hold of customer services. I ring them am on hold for 2 hrs at a time before they cut me off and have to go through all over again. I can't get a awnser from there live chats as they say I have to ring them do you have any suggestions please.
