      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;42 days abroad. Credit loaded in plus. Changing another local network didn't help.&lt;BR /&gt;When I dial british number I immediately hear voice message 'your calls are restricted'.&lt;BR /&gt;I will try to contact o2 via social media, thanks for the tip&lt;/P&gt;</description>
