      <title>Unable to receive A2P (Application to Person) text messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to received security codes from Bank, NHS etc. to login to their services. I've been advised that they delivery notifications they're receiving from O2 have a status of "Temporary failure" so its an O2 issue. I've already rebooted phone and can receive other text messages from friends, delivery companies etc. just not these "A2P" messages. Can anyone advise? I've been trying since last week and still can't login to banking, book a doctor appointment etc. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can assure you the only text help you can try yourself is here &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received)" id="Guide028"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;which probably won't help your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yours is related to a specific account setting which only O2 can fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
