Cant use my phone in ireland

I have been in ireland the past 3 days and I'm not able to make calls, send text messages or go on the internet unless I'm connected to wifi. My data roaming is on and I've tried turning my phone off and on. Also I have tried to select a network manually but this has'nt worked.

It might be worth trying to connect to Eir or Vodafone rather than 3, if that doesnt work then;

You will need to make contact with o2 all the contact details are here as it sounds like an issue with your account, and no one can access accounts from this CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER community

Calls will be a problem on PAYG as you do not have access to 4G calling and 3G is all but defunct in Ireland.

Should not have an effect on data though
