Just topped up PAYG but can't read QR Code

Hi,

For some reason my linkedin account has locked me out and insists that i verify my ID before it lets me back on....it does this by sending me a QR Code.

So i topped up my Samsung SM-J330FN o2 PAYG with £10.

I then pointed the camera on the smartphone to the QR code...but it doesnt seem to recognise it.

I tried to go on the internet and download a QR code reader to the smartphone, but i dont seem to be able to do this.

Please could you help. Surely i have got enough credit on my o2 account to read a QR code?

I just topped up o2 PAYG with £10.

No need for any credit at all if you have a wifi connection, so it sounds like the QR code you have been sent is unreadable.
