National Database sim query

I recieved a free national database simcard which was supposed to be £15 a month data and calls. They send a voucher code to recieve this but When i activated the sim in my phone nothing came through. When i checked my 02 account it says Simply No Allowance. I need to add credit. Is this the correct sim card i have been given.

Take photo ID and go into the O2 store

I believe they exclusively deal with these sim cards
