We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Note if you have made a typo and inadvertently topped up a different phone number, it is not possible to get a refund.

If you're on a big bundle tariff your top up is exchanged for allowances, so you will not see any credit balance.
