Fuerteventura roaming problem

Hi everyone im on fuerteventura currently i have pay as you go i have data but i can not call and send messages i have roaming on i tried to reset phone switch off and on fly mode nothing i contacted customer service but nobody was able to help me anyone knows how to fix it ?

You'll need to be connected to a network that still has 3g available to make calls. Many have turned off 3g now though.

Try manually searching for a different network to use.

You can still use WhatsApp to call others with the same app.
