I got £15 big bundle first time..

And I received my 16 digit top up code. So I entered the code.. and it gave me £15 credit... Not bundle!!

Possibly your £15 credit will disappear and your BB will have started now, as O2's systems update overnight, and behave somewhat irrationally in the wee small hours, @Shelby67xx

has all the ways to top-up next month, if needed.

Take a look in MyO2 @Shelby67xx at the expiry date and time of your current Big Bundle.

Your new Bundle won't start until immediately after your current Bundle expires. If you have run out of data and want your new Bundle to start sooner, that needs a call to 4445. 👍
