This hasn't been a feature of o2 for a long time, if you want to send a text via the web, you need to have an android phone and link it to Googles Messages Web service..

@Han5 You can call, text, or video call for free using WhatsApp over a Wi-Fi connection to any other WhatsApp users, if that's any help.
