Website top-up pay as you go will not allow you to enter card details

Trying to top up a number of PAYG mobiles but after signing in, choosing amount to top up and entering address O2 website resets page saying 'something has gone wrong' and you cant enter card details.

Help!

You need to contact O2 on 4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)
