      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just so poke to advisor regarding my missing o2 rewards gift card given as part of the get 10% back on all your top ups (when you have saved enough) and he basically said he didn’t know what I was talking about and to go to an o2 shop ? Why are they advertising this then in their app and letting you change your balance to one of these gift cards !!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
