      <title>Rolling Plan didn't renew but I was charged anyway ?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all, I'm very glad to be here. My apologies for the long post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with O2 Rolling Plans? My £15 per month Rolling Plan was due for renewal on &lt;STRONG&gt;6th November&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and I received the usual "&lt;STRONG&gt;we're due to take payment&lt;/STRONG&gt;" emails. On &lt;STRONG&gt;10th November&lt;/STRONG&gt; I received a text stating "&lt;STRONG&gt;your rolling plan didn't renew&lt;/STRONG&gt;". I also received an email stating the same thing, and that I should "&lt;STRONG&gt;use up all my allowances by 6th November&lt;/STRONG&gt;" - sending an email on &lt;STRONG&gt;10th&lt;/STRONG&gt; telling me my allowances expire on &lt;STRONG&gt;6th&lt;/STRONG&gt;? I thought this was strange, so I checked my bank statement and payment &lt;EM&gt;was&lt;/EM&gt; indeed taken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to log into MyO2, but my details weren't recognised - my email address and password are saved to my browser and have previously logged into MyO2 without any issue. I tried the "forgotten password" procedure but never received the email - it's almost as if my account was deactivated or deleted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I re-registered and set up the Rolling Plan again, and naturally I contacted O2 about reimbursement for the original payment (ongoing).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ever since I set up the Rolling Plan again, I can't access the Internet via Mobile Data on my phone? It works fine on WiFi so it doesn't appear to be a handset issue, and Mobile Data is definitely enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced similar issues recently?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
