      <title>Unable to Make/Receive Calls/Texts PAYG</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Peeps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I moved my number from O2 Business to PAYG, but have been having terrible trouble trying to get it set up. O2 customer service migrated my number from Business to PAYG, &amp;nbsp;I ordered a new SIM card &amp;amp; did a SIM swop. The SIM registered on my phone, but I am unable to make/receive calls or texts. I have spent hours on the phone to O2 trying to get this resolved but no avail. I tried putting the SIM into another phone and it doesn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any idea how I can get this resolved?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
