Hi I ran out of credit my plan doesn’t renew until the 10th so topped up it didn’t renew to tariff and it’s taken £2.00 from my balance

If you are on a rolling plan you can't simply top up Payments are only taken by card.

The £2 is the daily fee for going over on data.

You need to buy a data bolt on or swap to a big bundle plan

Your anniversary date is the 10th so your bundle will not renew until then unless you call O2 on 4445 to permanently move your anniversary date to the day you call.
