I have £20 in my balance and I want to use that to switch my tarriff but it’s going straight to card details

If you are moving to a rolling plan then that can only be done by using your debit or credit card to renew, your credit cant be used for these plans.

Your only option is to move or stay on the Bundles, and use your credit for that.
