    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello thank you for your replies however I contacted &amp;amp; spoke with O2 who have been very helpful &amp;amp; a refund is being processed for one of my payments &amp;amp; a credit to my account for the other payment so I am happy that it has been resolved&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5575980"&gt;@Cassie47&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No refunds in these circumstances unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will remain on your account as credit for out of allowance usage or swap back to a bundle to use it for your next top up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can then switch back to a rolling plan in your MyO2,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
