I topped up my phone today and it hasn't took the £20 off for my tarrif and I do have one please help?

@AleshaB30 - If you used the Web top-up https://myo2payg.o2.co.uk/webtopup/ method, are you sure you entered the correct phone number in the relevant part of the form:

That is an often-made mistake, and O2 will not refund you if this is what has happened.

Are you on a PAYG Big Bundle

Note: The Rolling Plan can only be topped up by registering a valid payment card, not via the web top-up method or the 4444 top-up line.

What does it say when you text BALANCE to 20202?

If none of the ways to top-up in work, you will need to call O2 on 4445.
