      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, guys&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have closed my O2 account and pay all my bill, but I still have 2 questions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Will O2 send me an email to inform me that my account has been successfully closed? Because after I close my account and received an email saying that I have to pay the final bill, I notice that I still have to pay for a bill. Now, I have paid that. Will I still receive an email to inform me that my closed account has successfully paid for the overdue bill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I want to ask, as a closed account, does this situation looks &amp;nbsp;normal? Because I do not have any service but on the Billing history, unpaid bill , it said “&lt;SPAN&gt;Your first bill will be ready on 26 May&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;“ if not, what should I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
