O2 Impacting my Credit Score

Hi,

I called O2 a few months back because my direct debit had been cancelled following the Virgin Media swap over. O2 reassured me that the direct debit was reinstated, however the Individual I spoke to only reinstated the payment for the phone and not the SIM card.

I now got a message from O2 saying the bill is now overdue. Despite O2 saying the direct debit was set up. I had to pay the bill manually to avoid late charges.

However the missed payment is now impacting my credit score. I am seriously considering leaving O2 as the is impacted my credit score which I worked so hard to maintain.

I am unable to speak to anyone on the home about this issue, long waiting times.

Can someone please get in touch to help resolve this issue. And explain how I can remove these unfairly late charges levied on my credit score.

Currently going through similar saga... o2 are saying i am 2 months in arrears which i am not! Have you had any joy with a reply from them? This has completely messed up my mortgage application... i could just die
