    <description>&lt;P&gt;A payment was automatically taken from my account 11.01.24 and has been taken from my bank but not on my O2 account, I have now made to payment again to allow me to use my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can this please be looked into.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Melissa&lt;/P&gt;</description>
