    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve been on and off the phone to customer services for 2 days with no help. Im on a PAYG sim and moving to a pay monthly sim. I have the new sim, its activated and works fine, but so does my PAYG sim even though ive requested to have the number moved over several times, to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Ive read every single guide on porting/migration and have done literally everything and nothing has changed. I initiated this move well over 24 hours ago so I see no reason as to why it hasnt been moved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or advice at this point is appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
