i need to top up a phone for someone else

I need to top up a phone that is with someone else - she is in hospital so I can't go and get it. I have her number.

Is there a way to do this without troubling the nursing staff?

As long as you have her number you can do it by dialling 4444 on YOUR phone.

You will be asked if this is the phone you want to top up, Press NO.

They will then ask you to input the number of the phone you want to top up and you input the other number.

You will then be asked to choose an amount.

Once you have done that you will be told your top up was successful.

(I used to top up my sons PAYG phone often via this route. Even though my phone was contract)

The normal landline equivalent of that number is though, @Useless----s - 03456 062 277
