      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5315616"&gt;@Lovina&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That will be because your number is wrong in the settings above or no number is listed in "start conversations from".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot edit or add your number you need to try resetting your network settings first and if that fails, you will need to get a new sim from O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quickest way is to pop in store with photo ID.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
