How do you enter an address when topping up if not on pull down list?

On PAYG how do i enter my address as it doesnt come up on the pull down menue. Usually happens but normally there is an option to enter manually on other sites.

Does anyone know?

If it isn't on the dropdown it means O2 haven't got the latest updates on their database.

You'll need a different method of topping up until they do.
