    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear o2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My all bills was already paid over then month ago and my phone is still blocked I can't have any phone calls and incoming calls and messages&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help and unlock my phone as soon as possible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I was trying to contact with you by the customer service but this is only waste my time also in chatting not working very well .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one can't help me then I think to about change and finishing my contract with o2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anna Mazur&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
