Dear

I landed in turkey this morning. I had about £12 in my account. I turned the roaming on to subscribe to one of the travel zones offers but the network didn’t work and I didn’t have any internet. I checked my balance a while ago and it went down to 0. What happened to the £12? I didn’t use any internet so where did it go? Can you check please and refund me the error. I had to top up again just now £10
