    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every month an auto top up payment is taken from my credit card. I received an email and text to say a payment was taken on the 5th and then again on the 11th. My new monthly allowance is due to start on 15th so there is every chance that another £10 will be taken. Can you tell me why more than one payment has been taken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nobody here can access your account, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4143318"&gt;@Justine3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- you will need to see what has been consuming your balance, if anything (there are scam texts and e-mails doing the rounds). If your MyO2 does not help you find out the cause, call O2 on 4445 or contact them via Social Media, links just below. Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
