Hear Voicemail from another mobile

Hi,

I have a PAYG O2 number that is out of credit.

I would like to check that number’s voicemail from my original O2 monthly-paid number without having to put any credit on the PAYG. Is it possible to do that?

Do you already have a pin for your voicemail? If so dial your number from an alternative phone. Interupt the voicemail greeting by keying *
It will then prompt you to enter your pin, then option 2 to listen to your messages.

Don't know if the default pin works that way Usual Default is 8705

I do have a pin number and I tried the method you mentioned but I don’t get to type my pin number and the phone is hanged up from the O2 end after this:

”to keep your pin secure, you must change your pin. If calling from another number, try calling from your mobile. If calling from your mobile abroad, please try again… goodbye.”

I saw that page before writing my question. I googled every possible solution but ended up empty handed.

I don’t have a landline to try that method either.
