So my phone got stolen

I blocked my SIM
I got a new SIM today

I need this to be activated

BUT BUT BUT

I can't call O2

because I have no phone
Aura is not helping
HELP HELP
What should I do? I need my phone

Hi you can call 02 on 0344 8090222 from a phone if you don't have your mobile.

@Please-not-Aura You can use Skype if you need to talk to customer service:

Call +44800 032 1402 or +44800 081 0255 Both are free to call.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
