I am currently overseas, I haven't topped up for a while but still got some balance in my account. Have not used phone for sometime and when tried to make a local call it could go through and got this message "outgoing calls barred" could not get in touch with O2 through chat and could not correct the issue through phone settings.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
