I just want to top up value, I have no intention to buy a boundle. Please cancel the boundle and refund the balance to me.

Bundles are non refundable once purchased, as per the t&c's.

O2 no longer do basic PAYG.

The only option with O2 is a bundle.

If you want basic PAYG you need to look at giffgaff or Tesco mobile.
