      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My mum has a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;‎Alcatel Pixi 4 and has not been out due to COVID so has had no need of her mobile.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It seems to have expired as it has not been used for so long, so I would like to get a new PAYG sim for her.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Even in "normal" times she would only use her mobile very rarely so would top up with £10 every 3-4 months.&amp;nbsp; I have looked at new O2 PAYG sims but they appear to want you to top up each month which would be of no use to her situation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;She is not very tech savvy and has managed to just about get to grips with making and receiving calls, so a new phone is not an option.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I get a new PAYG sim for her (the O2 site is no help)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Andy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
