    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on holiday in Greece and my SIM card has been locked, apparently because I entered the wrong code after restarting my phone. Phone screen says I need a PUK code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But anyway, luckily I have a laptop with me so I went onto my02 page online to get a PUK code and it says I should get it from my o2 app!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The stupid idiots at O2 don't realise that the reason people might want a PUK code is because their SIM is locked and therefore they can't access the phone. I mean who works for O2 to have made this decision? What utter idiots. Sorry but I am so frustrated. I have been frustrated with O2 for years but this time I will definitely switch provider as soon as I am back in the UK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am left without access and phone for a journey home where I need to at least be able to make a call to collect my car on arrival.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
