      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I recently placed an order for a new PAYG phone for my wife but her Sister beat me to it (Birthday) I have tried to get through to Customer Services without success to cancel my order,so am having to leave it at the shop until the order is cancelled. How soon after this is the cost refunded to my account? Thank You&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
