    <description>&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4508513"&gt;@Annalise&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you still with o2, and did you move the old PAYG number to Pay monthly?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you did then the old payments will stop automatically.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you didnt you will need to remove the payment method from the old number in myo2 or by calling Customer Services on 4445</description>

      <description>Hello please I have a contract sim now and I have a tarrif on my old sim and they take the money monthly from my bank but doesn’t come up as direct debt I have checked please how do I cancel this ?</description>
