PAYG SIM without a monthly top up cost

I wish to order two O2 PAYG SIM's for basic mobiles for elderly parents but dont want a monthly cost.

Any ideas on which sims to order where they only pay for what they use?

Not available from O2 unfortunately.

You need to look at sims from Tesco or giffgaff. Both use O2 network.

I understand your needs for parents.

True that o2 don't offer this anymore.

Have a search around giffgaff seems good they may offer this and they use o2.

Be aware that you may need to make a chargeable call every so often to keep the phone connected.

Both Tesco and giffgaff require the standard once every 6 months usage to keep the sim active.
