      <description>Am trying to transfer my 02 number to a new network but the PAC I have been given won't work and everytime I call 02 customer service no help the advisers are so rude and some of them keep me holding in the end they just cut off</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4449015"&gt;@Rema&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PAC codes only work for 30 days, so if older than that, you'll need a new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the only way you can get one, is by calling O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this method to get through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Numbers here &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support" id="Guide069"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;BR /&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;BR /&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;BR /&gt;Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.&lt;BR /&gt;Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.&lt;BR /&gt;8.00am is the best time to call if you can.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
