UK credit card, overseas billing address

For years I have used a UK credit card with a UK billing address. That card is no longer valid.

I need to ptovide a new UK credit card, but it has an overseas (Ecuador) billing address.

Trying to contact O2 has been useless as the automated service does not cater for overseas addresses. I need to talk to a real human being.

I'm sure O2 don't accept cards with a foreign billing address.

However you can call them by all means

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
