      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use my phone very little and still have over £16 credit but it suddenly stopped from receiving and making calls and the same with texts. Is is blocked? I have a PUK code but don't know how to apply it. The trouble is I cannot receive veryfication codes. Nothing comes through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
